On confirmation of booking, after payment taken for deposit or full payment of holiday copies of receipts, booking confirmation will be sent within 72 hours to the lead passenger email address, this may come from Inteletravel Head Office or through your agent. Copies of Terms and Conditions and other immediately available paperwork will be sent within 24 hours from BGB World Travel. If you do not receive this documentation, contact your agent.
