We check the details with our suppliers before you book, so your holiday matches your accessibility needs as closely as possible. Where available, we use verified property information and supplier support to confirm the hotel, room, transfers and services. If we can’t confirm that your requirements will be met, we won’t book it for you. Instead, we’ll suggest a better option or talk through the information with you first ♿

If your needs change after booking, let me know as soon as possible. I’ll contact the supplier and if necessary Mobility at Sea and work through what can be changed, whether that is accommodation, transfers, special assistance, equipment or another part of the trip. I’ll always explain any time limits, availability issues or extra costs in writing and get in writing back from you acceptance of changes and cost before we proceed.
