ADVENTURE BEGINS WITH YOU

WHERE YOUR HOLIDAY BEGINS
While most people focus on choosing the destination, it’s easy to forget the stress that can build long before you reach your destination and accommodation.
Your holiday should start the moment you wake up. Whether you need transfers to the airport or cruise terminal, an airport hotel for early departures or late returns, meet‑and‑greet parking, park‑and‑ride options, fast‑track security, lounge access or private transfers from your destination airport to your accommodation, we’re here to make every step smooth and simple.
Then all that’s left for you to decide is where and when to go.
AIRPORT & CRUISE PORT PARKING &
MEET and GREET SERVICE

Booking your parking in advance can save you money, secure your space during busy travel periods, and help your holiday begin smoothly. With everything arranged ahead of time, you can arrive knowing your parking is organised, stress-free, and timed for your departure. Options vary by airport or port, with some locations offering park-and-walk access and others using shuttle services. The earlier you include parking in your enquiry, the better chance we have of finding the most convenient location at the best price.
Stress-free from the moment you arrive •Onsite airport parking: Close to the terminal for the quickest walk or short transfer to the terminal, check in. Ideal for families, early flights, or anyone who wants maximum convenience. •Park & ride: Great value with a short shuttle ride to the terminal. Perfect if you’d rather save your money for the holiday itself. •Meet & greet: Drive straight to the terminal, hand over your keys, and your car will be parked for you. When you land, it’s waiting for you. •Ship port parking can be more limited than airport parking and often requires a transfer from a nearby town or city, so booking in advance is a wise choice. Or if you are near the departure point, transfers can be organised just like you were parking your car. Why book parking in advance? •Better prices: Pre-booking is usually cheaper than paying on the day. •Guaranteed space: No circling car parks looking for a spot. •Clear directions: We’ll send everything you need before you travel.

HOTELS - PORTS & CITIES
Short stays - Pre & Post Cruise, City Breaks, Travel Stops..

Hotels are a practical option for early departures, late arrivals, long gaps between arrival and departure, and pre- or post-cruise stays. Booking a hotel in these situations helps reduce the stress of rushing, gives you a comfortable place to rest and freshen up, and keeps you close to the airport or port, so your journey starts and ends smoothly. A hotel stay can also add convenience, comfort, and peace of mind to your travel plans. It may give you time to explore a city on your wish list, research the destination before booking a future holiday, or meet friends and family along the way. A short stop can open lots of opportunities without requiring a longer commitment.
AIRPORT SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Airport special assistance provides support from the moment you arrive at the terminal. After checking in at the Special Assistance desk, staff can help with mobility needs, wheelchair support, extra time for check-in, and guidance through security and boarding, making your journey smoother, safer, and less stressful. However, using special assistance may limit your time to browse Duty Free, visit airport shops, or stop for food and drink, as staff focus on getting you to your gate by the most direct route. Assistance is usually provided from the Special Assistance desk through to your flight, rather than only for selected parts of the airport journey. Before requesting it, consider what support you need and whether you are comfortable giving up some flexibility, especially during flight transfers. You might benefit from special assistance if you: -Use a wheelchair or mobility aid; -Have reduced mobility or difficulty walking long distances; -Are blind, partially sighted, deaf, or hard of hearing; -Have a hidden disability (for example autism, dementia, or anxiety) and require quieter areas; -Need help with check‑in, security, passport control or priority boarding;
When using special assistance, you may board before other passengers at some airports, or you may need to wait and board last. The same can apply when leaving the aircraft, particularly if you are waiting for mobility equipment to be unloaded from the hold and brought to you at the aircraft door. You may be taken to the aircraft in a special assistance vehicle with a scissor lift or tail lift, which raises you to an alternative aircraft door so you can walk a short distance to your seat. Airlines often reserve the first few rows for passengers needing special assistance, but seats are limited, so larger parties may need to sit separately. If you travel with an electric wheelchair, check that the battery meets airline safety requirements, can be detached and carried on board, and that the chair can be folded or prepared for the hold. It is also worth researching insurance for your mobility equipment. Separate travel insurance for you and your party is available through our website and from independent insurers.

Important!
To help everyone prepare, special assistance should usually be requested at least 28 days before departure.
We recommend arranging this with us from your initial enquiry so we can confirm your requirements and make sure your request is processed in good time for your arrival.
We will inform the relevant providers, including car parking, airlines, transfer partners, accommodation, or cruise lines, so your needs are clearly noted, and any changes can be coordinated quickly.
On arrival at the terminal, you only need to visit the airport Special Assistance desk and confirm you have arrived. Your details should already have been passed to the airport team by the airline so staff can support you from check-in through to luggage collection and onward transport.
-----------
International airports may not be notified of your needs for the return journey, but mentioning your assistance request at check-in can usually help arrange support quickly for your journey home.
AIRPORT CHECK-IN / FAST-TRACK & LOUNGES
Airport security and Fast-Track services can help you move through the terminal more quickly and with less stress. Fast-Track lanes often offer shorter queues, quicker baggage drops, smoother check-ins, and a calmer airport experience, giving you more time to relax before your flight. However, this option is usually unnecessary for special assistance customers, as they are transferred through the airport as part of the assistance service.

Airport lounges offer a calm, comfortable break from the busy terminal, giving you space to relax before your flight. With cosy seating, complimentary drinks and snacks, Wi Fi, and quiet areas, they turn waiting time into part of the holiday. It is a simple upgrade that helps your journey feel smoother and more enjoyable from the start. More time to relax: -Spend less time queuing and more time relaxing in the lounge, browsing the shops, or enjoying a coffee. -Ideal for early departures, long layovers, business trips, school holidays, busy weekends, or when you simply want a quieter start to your journey. -Fast-track access is usually charged per traveller, so each person using the lane will need their own pass. -Swap crowded gates and plastic chairs for comfortable seating, Wi Fi, and a refreshing drink. -Enjoy snacks, light meals, and a selection of drinks, often including alcoholic options. -Use the quieter spaces to read, work, or simply unwind before boarding.
