Hello, I’m Bill, I own BGB World Travel and have run this business since 2020 just before covid happened and put my future career on hold and I am your Personal Travel Consultant.

After 20 years of travelling with work or personal holidays across Europe and as far as Australia, I experienced an accident that left me disabled and gave me first-hand understanding of the challenges that can come with living and travelling with a disability - it was a sudden shock to the system having to adjust from normal accessible free lifestyle to living with a disability and accessibility issues of day to day life.

This then gave me the first hand experience and challenges of travelling on holiday, the complications and additional work required that comes with travelling with a disability. Where you have to organize differently from the car parking, airports, flights, transfers or car hire to hotels and people taking notice or not noticing you due to being in a wheelchair.

Combining my 30 years of experience in travelling throughout Europe, working in office transport planning and recognised travel industry qualifications, this inspired me to build a business that supports all travellers, particularly those who value extra care, thoughtful planning, and a truly personalised service as lets face it holidays especially accessible holidays are not always easy to find or plan.
